Exciting New Steps Toward a Coding Career

High-performing students at TrueCoders can be asked to participate in an exclusive mentorship program with ALLOY Digital. This comprehensive journey combines coding education, professional mentorship, and potential job placement. Providing this mentorship for the coding community can lead to beneficial learning qualities that a coder can use for life.

A Quicker Path to Tech Success

All students will start the TrueCoders boot camp to learn basic coding skills. Then, engaged and enthusiastic students will be selected as interns in the mentorship program conducted by ALLOY Digital, a Birmingham-based coding company. Interns will get insights on the industry trends needed to succeed. Finally, TrueCoders students will get connected with DEPLOY, a job placement agency specializing in coding and tech-related positions. Students with impeccable attendance, grades, and participation will be selected to engage in the mentorship.
